Schnorbus Helmhold Wardemann is an audit, tax and legal service partnership whose founding partners are Rainer Schnorbus and Jürgen Helmhold.

Rainer Schnorbus had acquired the office on August 1, 1994 from Mr. Klaus Topp, before on May 1, 2000 the partnership Schnorbus & Helmhold was founded. In the past, both partners had worked in the department "Serving Medium Sized Companies" with ARTHUR ANDERSEN in Düsseldorf for about ten years.

On January 1, 2006 Carsten Wardemann joined the partnership as further partner; since this day the name of the partnership is "Schnorbus Helmhold Wardemann". After his second state law examination Carsten Wardemann had worked in the tax-juridical department of the partnership Haarmann, Hemmelrath & Partner in Düsseldorf for five years.

On April 1, 2009 we welcomed Bernd Goossens as new partner in our company. Before, Bernd Goossens had worked in the department "Serving Medium Sized Companies" with ARTHUR ANDERSEN (later: Ernst & Young AG) in Düsseldorf for about eight years. Then he decided for a medium-sized office environment for another three years.

With a team of 25 people we serve a wide range of particularly international clients of all legal forms as well as private individuals. Our modern office in a very nicely renovated Art Nouveau house is conveniently located at the centre of Neuss.
